Welcome to Lifestyle Traveller, a storytelling collaboration between Australian couple Peter Barrett (travel, lifestyle and food writer) and Emma Byrnes (photographer, designer, visual strategist and innovator). We chase authentic and meaningful stories to share about inspiring food, places, spaces and faces.

With a combined experience of more than 40 years in websites, magazines and digital publishing we have a unique and powerful set of skills to offer a diverse range of clients. Peter writes news and lifestyle articles for publications including The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald, Jetstar magazine and Virgin Australia's Voyeur magazine as well as ongoing copywriting and advertising work for corporate clients. Emma has owned several small businesses, has worked in interactive web design, and now provides strategic consultation and image-branding services to numerous clients. We generally work on assignment for other independent publications and cannot guarantee coverage for travel and hospitality organisations.
